Quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was great being in a huge city not far from the centre and set off the road was just like being in the country.
Not a big breakfast but nice. Hotel they recommended for evening meal was very expensive and not that nice

The only negative thing was, that the bathroom needs a renovation. There was dust on the walls and the fan in the bathroom was very dirty.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was in a calm area outside the city center. I enjoyed the tranquility and being away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. They took care of all my needs and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The little garden out the front added a nice touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel.
All was absolutely fine during my stay.

The spacious room with garden views and large bathroom was great value for money. the location was perfect for catching public transport to explore the city easily. Plus, the staff at reception were very helpful with local information.
The exterior could use some maintenance work, and the noise from neighboring guests could be disruptive at times. it was a basic accommodation with limited breakfast options.

Very clean. Beautiful looking facility with pretty gardens and bungalow buildings which housed the rooms. An excellent restaurant next door, especially easy to walk to.
45 min. trip to get into center of Rome. Not sure how welcome we were.

Clean room, The service was considerate and efficient. Very quiet area, lots of green.
I would have liked to have a desk, as I had much work to do, and there was only a dresser, so I made do.

Peaceful location, excellent parking, helpful staff, and beautiful scenery. This hotel offers a quiet and comfortable stay in a non-touristic area of this city. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the ample parking space.
Nothing, all excellent.

Everything was really nice! It is now so far from Centre. Termini is 40 minutes with metro and bus. Hotel stuff are very friendly but speaking only italiano- thats not a big deal. Summary hotel was really nice place to stay.
Bigger breakfast :)

The hotel is situated within close proximity to public transportation, providing easy access to the best sights the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily and included fresh towels. the breakfast selection was good and always served with a smile.
The only negative aspect of our stay was the confusion surrounding lost items. The language barrier made communication difficult, resulting in a delayed response when our misplaced items were discovered.

We were satisfied with the location of the hotel. It´s true that its not right in the centre of Rome but we wanted a calm area and so travelling by bus and metro to the centre wasn´t a problem. Everything we needed was close to the hotel - e.g. shopping centre, restaurant, bus stop in front of the hotel, park etc.

The man in charge of 24-hour reception only spoke Italian, but he was warm and most friendly and accommodating. The restaurant they recommend, Orto di Roma, was fantastic. I was very surprised to learn that the hotel offers free bottled water.
Room as a little dusty; whoever who makes the bed doesn't also mop/sweep the floor, it seems. Walls were typically thin.
